Executive Coaching for Leaders Program (7-8 months)

  • Initial conversations with HR representative or Manager to discuss high-level objectives and parameters of the coaching engagement
  • Initial 1.5 hr Foundation Session with Client, via zoom
  • Manager meetings throughout the program
  • The Leadership Circle online 360 Degree Leadership Development Assessment
  • Creation of Individual Development Plan
  • Executive coaching sessions (10 sessions over 5-7 months)
  • Coaching materials, tools and resources relevant to Client’s coaching objectives

The Leadership Circle 360 Degree Assessment

  • The Leadership Circle online 360 Degree Leadership Development Assessment: administration, in-depth Client report, and Coach’s evaluation of results. Unlimited number of colleague evaluators can participate.
  • Initial 1.5 hour assessment debrief & coaching session
  • Manager meeting
  • Follow-up 60 minute coaching session

Valerie doesn’t believe in ‘one-size-fits all’ solutions. If you are ready to Set the Intention, and Make the Change, that’s all that matters. Coaching can take a life of its own and it is an exciting, surprising journey full of action and change.

To get you started, here are some of the basics:

Signature Coaching Program (6 sessions over 4 months)

When you commit to yourself through this Signature Program, you you will start seeing results. This Signature Program is most often a starting point for Valerie’s clients, and the coaching can continue beyond this initial program. However, the Signature Program sets you on the right course, based on your unique goals and challenges, and much can be accomplished in 3-4 months.

Valerie’s sessions are as varied as her clients, their goals, and their outcomes. However, the framework she developed ensures they are able to fully explore opportunities that arise through the sessions, while remaining committed to the long term goals. The coaching includes:

  • Foundation Session: During this session, Valerie helps her clients to discover their goals, values, accomplishments, challenges, and expectations. They obtain a clear understanding of where they are right now, and where they want to be (60 minutes)
  • Regular coaching sessions (45-minute sessions over Zoom)
  • Coaching materials and tools to focus on client goals, values and obstacles
  • Materials to support the development of individualized plans
  • Unlimited email correspondence throughout the program

Clients then choose either to continue their work on their own, or to continue coaching as an ongoing tool for regular accountability, structure, brainstorming, counsel and support.
